摘要: The purpose of this pilot study was to investigate the effects trunk strength and stability training on body balance low back pelvis kinematics during gait in females. Six subjects volunteered do 20 sessions training. Data collection involved a qualitative pain grade test, stabilization tests, kinematics, assessment. Results indicate absence or decrease pain, also an increase complex. 3-D showed statistically significant differences (p<0.05) when compared pre- post-training. improved as well range motion (ROM) for rotation, inclination flexion. results suggest influence balance. Further studies with larger sample and/or control group must be conducted attempt confirm hypothesis.
