Both exercises repeated five times week for total six weeks. The participants' evaluated. [Results] horseback-riding group showed significant differences between pre-and post-test abilities as assessed by Berg Balance Scale (BBS) Timed Up Go (TUG) test. [Conclusion] Horseback effectively improves should be considered therapeutic method physical therapy
