摘要: [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to assess the effect horseback riding simulation machine training on trunk balance and gait patients with chronic stroke. [Subjects Methods] subjects were 20 hospitalized for treatment after being diagnosed Horseback provided 30 minutes, 5 times a week, 6 weeks. Trunk assessed using Impairment Scale (TIS) measuring device (Biorescue, RM ingenierie, France), ability measured Functional Gait Assessment (FGA) analyzer (GAITRite, CIR system Inc., USA). [Results] There significant changes in movement area, distance velocity body sway as by TIS device, velocity, cadence, stride length double limb support FGA analyzer. [Conclusion] improved stroke patients. This present provides preliminary objective data future research, useful clinical information physical therapists machines modality
