摘要: Participants in travel agency service encounters must manage attention among co-occurring actions and transitions from one activity to another. Intersecting activities that require the mobilisation of same verbal modality, such as incoming outgoing phone calls during an encounter with a client, initiation, suspension, termination (or more) within But whereas allow for gradual construction co-participants’ awareness (potential) suspension current interaction, are inherently unexpected so more sudden action suspend initiate next one.
