摘要: Peste des petits ruminants (PPR), is an acute transboundary viral disease of economic importance, affecting goats and sheep. Mass vaccination programs around the world resulted in decline PPR outbreaks. Sungri 96 a live attenuated vaccine, widely used Northern India against PPR. This vaccine virus, isolated from goat works efficiently both sheep goat. Global gene expression changes under virus infection are not yet well defined. Therefore, this study we investigated host-vaccine interactions by infecting peripheral blood mononuclear cells with PPRV (Sungri virus), to quantify global transcriptomic signature RNA-sequencing. Viral genome was assembled infected transcriptome confirming demonstrating feasibility building complete non-host transcriptome. Comparison control revealed 985 differentially expressed genes. Functional analysis showed enrichment immune regulatory pathways infection. Key genes involved system regulation, spliceosomal apoptotic were identified be dysregulated. Network that protein - interaction network among significantly disrupted state. Several encoding TFs govern co-regulate These data provide insights into host interactome for first time. Our findings suggested dysregulation Transcription Factors (TFs) these response
