摘要: A porous substrate for use in a wide variety of applications, such as wet capacitors, is provided. The formed by subjecting metal to voltage while solution initiate anodic formation an oxide film. Contrary conventional anodization processes, however, the newly created quickly breaks down once again expose surface electrolytic solution. This may be accomplished ways, raising above critical level known “breakdown voltage”, employing corrosive acid that dissolves oxide, etc. Regardless mechanism employed, nearly simultaneous process growth/breakdown results structure having pores arranged at substantially regular intervals. resulting highly and can exhibit excellent adhesion electrochemically-active materials stability aqueous electrolytes.
