摘要: A 26-year-old woman who had received a thyroidectomy due to papillary thyroid cancer was recently found have abnormal serum thyroglobulin levels and referred our Department for work-up. The early (10 min) phase thallium-201 ((superscript 201)TI) scan showed increased uptake in the right lower neck region but it returned background level delayed (2 h). retention index (RI) -28. concominent sonography no abnormality except small remnant left bed. (superscript 18)F-FDG PET negative. However, patient felt sensation of foreign body around anterior after 3-week T4 withdrawal. repeated 3 hypervascular, enlarged nodes which corresponded previous 201)TI sites. largest one measured 2.2×1.2×1 cm size with central hypervascularity. Metastatic further diagnosed by withdrawal 131)I scan. might be hypervascularity tumor. image patterns appeared contradict usual. Cervical could negative above mentioned patients on settings. Such commonly relatively benign carcinomas such as well-differentiated carcinoma should interpreted caution.
