摘要: Abstract Carbonyl sulfide (COS) is acutely toxic to rats, with an LD 50 of 22.5 mg/kg, ip. COS partly metabolized in vivo hydrogen sulfide. Pretreatment rats acetazolamide, inhibitor carbonic anhydrase, reduced the blood levels and, concomitantly, decreased toxicity COS.
