摘要: Abstract The fabricating and characterization of boron nitride coating onto carbon fiber cloths via dip-coating process with boric acid urea as precursors, followed by nitriding in a nitrogen flow were done this study. Temperature cycles considered variables to find out optimum amounts. Dip-coating has 1, 2 4 cycles. Also, nitridation was different temperatures 650 1000 °C. results show that coatings exhibited pebble-like structure. SEM micrographs indicated the thickness nanostructural among 4 cycles is about 55, 120 210 nm, respectively. By increasing cycles, smoother surface developed. FT-IR XRD revealed film fabricated at 650 °C turbostratic microstructure nitridating temperature 1000 °C, hexagonal phase through film. Thermal analysis crystallization starts 600 °C.
