摘要: B lymphocytes develop in the mammalian bone marrow through a series of developmental stages that can be ordered by recombination status immunoglobulin genes. Recent studies have combined RNA amplification vitro transcription with high-density oligonucleotide array technology to generate gene expression profiles ex vivo isolated cell precursor from humans and mice. Cellular differentiation five subsequent mouse development involves differential 10.7% 13,104 genes analysed, while between 2.8% 6.8% change upon fromone stage next. Early precursors express primarily involved general metabolic processes, cell-specific functions are acquired more mature stages. In human development, pre-BI small pre-BII cells necessary for interactions respective microenvironments, while cycling, large cell-autonomous pattern. A direct comparison is hampered limited number homologues identified reciprocal basic local alignment search tool (BLAST) searches non-redundant expressed sequence tags (EST) clusters or available genome sequences. However, which could differentially during both very similar patterns two species, often cells, DNA replication cell-cycle regulation. Many homologous sequences, however, only one indicating used different functional contexts even when conserved. This implies care should taken interpretation data model organisms.
