摘要: Abstract In a distribution system, load and distributed generation connected to feeder are subject uncertainty. Conventional capacitor placement sizing methods do not consider uncertainty in power injections, due which the results may be erroneous. literature, affine arithmetic (AA) is one of tools used for incorporating system analysis. However, conventional division operation AA gives rise extra noise terms resulting form, actual sources but nonaffine operations. The present work incorporates modified does generate any additional noises, thereby improving accuracy. Buses network ranked decreasing order rate change active loss line with respect effective reactive flow that line. top three buses chosen as candidate connection. required current injection at calculated, corresponding capacitive kVAR obtained through AA-based backward/forward sweep (BFS) intervals cost incurred losses, voltage profiles without savings calculated.
