摘要: It has been shown that any modification of the fold test leads to a definite conclusion about magnetization nature if several basic assumptions are observed and statistical itself is correctly formulated. demonstrated based on comparison concentration parameters (McElhinny, 1964) controversial may lead erroneous conclusions. Two modifications proposed. The first one division bedding poles distribution into groups, calculation corresponding paleomagnetic group-means their testing by F distribution. This similar proposed McFadden Jones (1981), but can be used more widely. second correlations unit vectors applied collection, provided number 10 or more. All three tests were compared with aid simulated real collections it was latter two sensitive than one.
