摘要: This study evaluated the effect of 10% carbamide peroxide (CP) bleaching on Knoop surface microhardness (KHN) and morphology sound enamel with early artificial caries lesions (CL) after pH-cycling model (pHcm). Human dental blocks were randomly divided into 6 groups (n=10): 1 - bleached (S) CP (Rembrandt/Den-Mat); 2 S submitted to pHcm; 3 CL CP; 4 stored in saliva 5 treated placebo gel pHcm. Enamel known initial KHN values demineralized (groups 6) 12 day pHcm 2, 4, 6). After demineralization treatments, was determined specimens examined using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Data analyzed statistically by ANOVA Tukey's test at 5% significance level. The results showed that among (3 only group presented remineralization treatments. (1 2) higher less formation porosities than In conclusion, procedures did not exacerbate demineralization, but should be indicated caution.
