摘要: Functional studies of Peyer's patch and gut mucosa lymphocytes were performed in mixed lymphocyte culture reaction (MLC), an vitro measure the capacity T cells to recognize respond cell surface alloantigens. The data demonstrate functional effectiveness both these mucosal populations one-way MLC, as responding well stimulating cells. Both capacities MLC almost same observed for obtained from either spleen or thymus. We conclude that exist rabbit lamina propria patches with approximately quantitative MLC.
