摘要: Water supply systems are the main source of potable water for many inhabitants. The European Union and Polish laws demand high quality tap water, but aspect antibiotic resistant bacteria (ARB) is not mentioned. special emphasis placed on presence pathogenic microorganisms in determining by chosen indicators. Although these regulations provide quite good drinking neglect resistance vectors could lead to a serious threat human health. In this study randomly sample from Wroclaw system was tested order evaluate usefulness Kirby-Bauer antibiogram method assessment ARB. susceptibility testing with 6 antibiotics performed bacterial strains isolated sample. diameters growth inhibition zones were measured preliminary identification carried out, including Gram staining cellular morphologies assessments. full recognition drug phenomenon demands species comparison guidelines, research answer question, whether sufficient investigations ARB dwelling or other solution should be applied.
