摘要: Municipal waste management system – a complex, dynamic system, characterized by large volumes of generated, biodiversity and different participants. The paper presents results municipal structural analysis. These are the characteristics cycle five phases (waste generation, sorting at source, collection transportation, use disposal), participants holders, managers, governance institutions groups interest), their mutual relations communications with various components environment. treated as background for systematic decisions in management, based on multicriteria evaluation methods.
