摘要: This paper explores the effectiveness of employing concepts corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental citizenship in management healthcare waste England Wales. The study employed interviews literature surveys four award winning case National Health Service (NHS) Trusts both countries. discusses main drivers for use concepts, factors governing their effective implementation such as senior support, key benefits to be accrued including costs savings, minimisation closer links between communities.
