摘要: Abstract This research presents an evaluation model to evaluate the various recycling strategies obtain optimal collection strategy in upstream of solar energy industry (SEI). The process includes three major stages: (1) collection, (2) inspection, and (3) process. proposed combines benefits, opportunities, costs risks (BOCR) balance scorecard (BSC) model. First, establishes a network with four perspectives, twenty indicators, strategies. Next, analytic (ANP) is applied determine relative weights evaluative criteria. Finally, application multi-criteria decision making will list according their rankings results showed that most important perspective “Benefits;” crucial criterion 20 criteria “economic financial benefits;” best “In-house” (IH). Thus, when business SEI applies model, reveal its for waste disposal shall be In-house treatment at stage. These can provide both academic supports decision-makers valuable guidance evaluating programs actual administration practices.
