摘要: Abstract This article aims to address the need for more comprehensive studies on sustainable food systems through a case study of hospital waste in Wales, UK. Based mixed-method research approach that focused links between waste, catering practices and public procurement strategies, shows meal system, studied, is responsible overall levels greatly exceed official percentages provided by Health Board. In addition showing theoretical benefits accounts complex interrelations different stages chain, raises integrated political mobilizes all actors system around shared vision development.
