摘要: Abstract Saving the rain forest from yet another palm oil plantation would certainly garner a company favorable attention environmentalists, but how its shareholders react? In this article, we show that by strategically practicing corporate social responsibility (CSR), can ‘do well doing good’; in other words, it make profit and world better place at same time. CSR is regarded as voluntary commitment to exceed explicit implicit obligations imposed on society's expectations of conventional behavior. Hence, way promoting trends order enhance basic order, which define consisting cover both legal framework conventions. Due globalization, companies are now less constrained than they have been past. Because different countries laws standards, there more ways get away with ideal behavior quest for greater profits. Nearly everyone agrees not good thing, what be done? Via offer an understanding could answer. Herein, contend altruistic do-gooding, rather society prosper. This especially true when conceived long-range plan action.
