摘要: This article is intended to enhance the position of stakeholder theory as an integrating theme for business and society field. It offers instrumental management based on a synthesis concept, economic theory, behavioral science, ethics. The core theory—that subset ethical principles (trust, trustworthiness, cooperativeness) can result in significant competitive advantage—is supplemented by nine research propositions along with some policy implications.
