摘要: A system has been developed for continuous determination of off-gas composition and volume rate during EAF steelmaking. It comprises devices gas sampling analysis carbon monoxide, dioxide, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen argon, measurement temperature. The data are processed by a computer to set up the differential heat balance which indicates flow rates chemical sensible leaving furnace at each moment. Several operations melting process were investigated with respect energy utilization. For instance, hydrogen content injection natural decreases strongly increasing input. During coal there is high loss due non-complete combustion. Also, extent combustion depends on position lances. Injection in upper part leads lower but higher heat. optimized present decrease dead time between print out analysis.
