摘要: Abstract Human error is an important consideration in process industries. In this study a framework developed based on the application of Fuzzy HEART and Expert elicitation for performing quantification human probability with to refuelling operation LPG refueling station. technique analyses tasks quantifies likelihood unreliability activities which disturb successful completion process. Implication fuzzy pursues uncertainties by defining linguistic variables expert's opinion. An expert weighing approach along structured expert-elicitation employed increase fidelity technique. The results obtained are properly compared generated through CREAM, second generation Results have helped identify curative measures both cost effective easy implement respect improve safety at dispensing This enables accommodate opinions ambiguity uncertainty yield appreciable like Application can be expanded industries establishments where operator actions take place.
