摘要: As a sustainable means of public transportation, urban rail transit system undergoes rapid expansion in China. How to provide safe and reliable service has been the subject growing attention this context. However, such work is challenging because systems are quite vulnerable influenced by set interacting factors. Studying these vulnerability factors will contribute significantly operation system. From perspective, paper made an exploration based on integrated method consisting AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling). Based literature review, 21 were identified. Subsequently, expert elicitation was employed ascertain importance each factor interrelations among them. The results suggest that management individual have highest weights could be expressed as five-layer structure, which inclined at lower level. research provides valuable information for decision makers take proactive strategies reinforcement policies guarantee safety ensure safety, promote development cities.
