摘要: With the rapid development of urbanization in China, a vast number subway projects are under construction and planned many cities. However, complexities environment inherently bring about uncertainties risk factors. Understanding inherent properties critical success factors (CSFs) will contribute significantly to construction. From this perspective, paper aims identify CSFs for safety management This study screened preliminary through literature review in-depth interviews with experts China. Based on data gathered subsequently analyzed from questionnaire surveys, final total 24 were identified. Then, interpretative structural modeling was employed ascertain interrelations among them. The result showed that concerning engineering survey design not only occupy relatively higher scores but also latent impacts other In addition, creation reasonable schedule investment measures found have fundamental impact research guided managers determining most important they must face provided them valuable information could promote performance decrease accidents over course
