摘要: Cofilin is the major mediator of actin filament turnover in vivo. However, molecular mechanism cofilin recruitment to networks during dynamic actin-mediated processes living cells and cofilin's precise vivo functions have not been determined. In this study, we analyzed dynamics fluorescently tagged role cofilin-mediated endocytosis Saccharomyces cerevisiae. cells, necessary for assembly on endocytic membranes but recruited molecularly aged adenosine diphosphate filaments their rapid disassembly. Defects function alter morphology reduce rate flux through networks. The consequences decreasing are manifested by decreased blocked internalization at plasma membrane defects late steps trafficking vacuole. These results suggest that required multiple trafficking.
