摘要: Precursory Research for Embryon icSc ence and Technology (PRESTO), Japan Sc ogy Agency (JST),4-1-8 Honcho, Kawaguchi,Saitama 332-0012(E-mail: kevinwu@nims.go.jp, Yamauchi.Yusuke@nims.go.jp)We prepared nanoporous carbon (NC) particles of approx-imately 50-nm diameter by direct carbonization metalorganic frameworks (MOFs). The obtained MOF-derived NC(MOF-NC) exhibit very high biocompatibility and, hence, are promising as intracellular drug delivery carriers. Many carriers, such dendrimers, micelles, emul-sions, organicinorganic hybrids, nanoparticles, nanotubes, lip-osomes, (MOFs), hydrogels, have been proposed so far.
