摘要: Open reduction and fixation represent the treatment of choice for tibial plateau fractures, especially in complex cases. The aim our work was to analyse preliminary results we obtained with at open surgery. Forty-nine patients fractures underwent surgery between January 1, 2003 December 31, 2014. Patients were retrospectively examined clinically evaluated according HSS classification. All classified Schatzker classification system. mean follow-up period 4 years. In agreement classification, identified 10 fair, 23 good, 8 excellent We did not identify any postoperative complication. Based on data available literature results, surgical technique may be considered a safe procedure; all however, can treated this way.
