摘要: High-energy tibial plateau fractures are often the result of blunt trauma and associated with severe soft-tissue injury. Fixation techniques demand considerable surgical skill mature judgment. The available options do not always guarantee a favourable outcome. Operative treatment includes internal external fixation, hybrid fixation arthroscopically assisted techniques. management high-energy remains difficult challenging may be serious complications, such as knee stiffness, ankylosis, deep infection, post-traumatic arthritis, malunion nonunion. Prevention complications can optimise clinical outcome in these patients.
