摘要: This paper examines the concept of industrial citizenship and explores how collective bargaining laws have been used in Australia an attempt to enhance worker participation. Utilizing negotiation theory, this argues that there is a high level convergence between mutual gains approach legislated codes based on principles good faith. In conclusion suggests establishing legal framework incorporates negotiating remains important foundation for shaping way institutional actors interact with each other.
