摘要: This paper reviews the effects of ionizing radiations on disease incidence and life shortening in experimental animals, with aim establishing a phenomenological model dose time kinetics for production late radiation damage. Aspects this problem have been discussed previously (Sacher, 1956a). At that time, mammalian cellular radiology had barely begun its dramatic development, there were no data against which to test hypothesis adopted then, phenomena are due chromosome breakage rejoining. was stated most explicitly by Muller (1950), but it also implicit discussion lethal cells Lea (1947), real sense development epitomized classical period genetics.
