摘要: In this study, three different diagnostic tests for parvovirus were compared with vaccination status and genotype in suspected canine cases. Faecal samples from vaccinated (N17) unvaccinated or unknown (N41) dogs that had clinical signs of infection tested using assays antigen tests, conventional quantitative PCR tests. The each sample was determined by sequencing. addition to the samples, 21 faecal apparently healthy evaluate sensitivity specificity test positive 41.2% 73.2% diseased dogs. Conventional qPCR (CPV) 82.4% 92.7% CPV type-2c (CPV-2c) detected 82.75% (12 36 dogs), CPV-2b 5.17% (one two unvaccinated) CPV-2a 1.72% dog. Mean Ct values higher than (p = 0.049), suggesting shed less virus, even forms CPV. CPV-2c dominant subtype infecting both testing failed identify a substantial proportion infected dogs, likely due low sensitivity. (n 21) showed negative results all Negative should be viewed caution until they are confirmed molecular methods.
