摘要: Definition/Background Although the chapter title and some of references included here will use phrases “difficult patient” or “frustrating – even “hateful it should be made clear that this is not author’s preferred term. Any doctor/patient interaction by definition involves at least two parties, both whom have personalities, preconceptions, prior experiences are incorporated into current interactions.
