摘要: Temperature dependences of light-scattering intensity in silica glasses were measured over a wide temperature range from 300 to 1 900 K. It was found that OH-free glass, the diffusive density fluctuations are completely “frozen-in” at glass transition temperature, while OH-containing OH gives rise structural relaxation these 400 K below temperature. This relaxation, expected be caused by introduction some dopants with same role OH, can used for reduction loss fibers.
