摘要: The characterization of virulence frequencies has to be regularly updated identify which genes are currently efficient and use this information advise gene deployment by choosing varieties depending on the current composition local pathogen population. In L. maculans Brassica napus, because different were characterized teams, new interactions continuously identified seed differentials difficult obtain, we today still lack isolates all resistance genes. On one hand, assembled a set 12 13 17 described genes, having clearly compatible incompatible for each interaction. This can used characterize & B. napus interaction at cotyledon stage. Expanding with virulent ones allowed us detect inconsistent behaviour or intermediate (avirulent) phenotypes. other as controls in French population sampled 2018 Le Rheu. We provide status avirulence frequencies, including LepR1, LepR2 LepR3 available near isogenic lines spring canola but not yet documented France. Avirulence Rlm1, Rlm2, Rlm3, Rlm4, Rlm7, Rlm9 low, indicating efficacy these against opposite, most avirulent Rlm5, Rlm6, Rlm10, Rlm11, LepR1 LepR2. An optimistic point view could conclude that there ample resources oilseed rape breeding. However, compared previous studies, so far significant acreage without additional management practices have lost only avirulences corresponding deployed France retain efficacy. While call wisely manage host is recent, it relevant. Adding, order reduce inoculum carry-over from growing season next lower sizes key maintain their over time.
