The Career Length and Service of Female Policymakers in the US House of Representatives

摘要: Various studies have outlined the institutional (e.g. existence of quota laws and electoral system type a country) non-institutional factors political culture that account for variation in women’s representation, general, and, more detail, low representation women US Congress.
