摘要: A new selective adsorbent based on magnetic molecularly imprinted conducting polymer was firstly synthetized and applied to the solid phase extraction (MSPE) for determination of PZQ enantiomers in milk samples. The enantioselective separation performed a Chiralpak® IB column using mobile composed ultrapure water : tetrahydrofuran : diethylamine (65 : 35 : 0.05, v/v/v). After MSPE optimization, which polypyrrole (MMIPPy) used as adsorbent, best conditions were: 500 μL acetonitrile eluent, 75 mg MMPPy, 1000 sample (pH adjusted 6.5.). analyses showed recoveries/relative standard deviation (RSD%) 79.7 ± 2.5 81.1 2.2 (R)-(−)-PZQ (S)-(+)-PZQ, respectively. By computational study carried out molecular design synthesized MMIPPy, it found that formation four hydrogen bonds one π–π stacking interaction explain PZQ-pyrrole pre-polymerization complex at level. From analytical validation, developed method be linear concentration range 0.01 10 μg mL−1, with correlation coefficient larger than 0.98 RSD% values below 15%. LOQ obtained mL−1 both enantiomers, relative error 20%. successfully real sheep samples from various local suppliers. Finally, results MMIPPy is an economical, simple easy-to-perform technique.
