摘要: The cells of L. mesenteroides KIBGE HA1 were immobilized for the production dextran on acrylamide gel and concentration was optimized maximum entrapment. Sucrose at substrate 10% produced high yield 25°C with a percent conversion 5.82 while 35°C it 3.5. However, increasing levels sucrose diminished yields. free stopped producing after 144 h, continued to produce even 480 h. Molecular mass distribution from indicate that is identical blue molecular lower than cells.
