摘要: The concentration of estramustine phosphate required to inhibit the assembly or induce disassembly chick brain MAP2:tubulin microtubules is markedly dependent upon microtubule protein concentration. Analysis this relationship shows that and tubulin compete for common MAP2 sites, can bind 5-6 moles.mole-1 phosphate, Kd these sites congruent 20 microM phosphate. It proposed two molecules interact with each three tubulin-binding interaction by neutralising highly conserved basic residues.
