摘要: Summary The effects of the mitotic inhibitor estramustine on cytoskeleton DU 145 and AG 1518 cells were studied. Estramustine caused a partial disassembly microtubules withdrawal from cell periphery, disorganized delayed regrowth disassembled microtubules. It also induced spheroid cellular morphology affected adhesion survival. Sometimes seemed to be organized several microtubule-organizing centers. cytoskeleton-dependent migration was inhibited in presence microtubule-interacting vimentin endoplasmatic reticulum retracted perinuclear area. Our results show that not only complete microtubules, but disturbances microtubule network can have dramatic microtubule-dependent processes localization organelles. These could importance treatment orostatic carcinoma with estramustine.
