摘要: 1. A standard system of nomenclature is used and recommended for general adoption. This proposes the following terms: monokaryon, monosporous mycelium containing only a single type nucleus; dikaryon, "secondary mycelium" conjugate nuclei; B, specifically identified by superscripts, incompatibility factors at two loci; di-mon matings, matings involving diploidization monokaryon dikaryon. 2. Four distinct types reaction are obtained in between monokaryons any stock. These reactions depend on identity or difference alleles each locus, thus: A1B1 x A2B2-dikaryon A1B1-overlap A2B1-"barrage" A1B2-"flat" 3. "Flat," and, some instances, "barrage," can be subcultured. Each exhibits dual mating type, diploidizing that their parental mycelia diploidize. From this other observations it concluded "flat" "barrage" heterokaryons. Only minority cells "flat,"...
