摘要: Abstract The authors manufactured conductometric type gas sensors based on ZnO nanostructures. Using electrodeposition method nanorods with good crystallinity were obtained. Application of electrospinning allowed for easy manufacture ZnO:Al nanofibres varying diameter. built in both nanowire network and a single configurations. Investigation characteristics revealed sensitivity to nitrogen dioxide at temperatures lower than these conventional resistance sensors.
