摘要: The monoclonal anti-factor VIII (FVIII) antibody C4 has previously been reported to inhibit the binding of purified FVIII immobilized von Willebrand factor (vWF). area was identified be within fifteen amino acid residues (1670-1684) based on ability a synthetic peptide consisting 1670-1684 completely FVIII. We now report further localization region eight (1677-1684) light chain. Nine new overlapping peptides were synthesized sequence acidic chain and tested, along with seven tested peptides, for in an ELISA assay. Three 1670-1684, 1675-1690, 1677-1684 demonstrated dose dependent inhibition three reactive contain common. Since can vWF, this localizes residue which may important mediation vWF binding.
