摘要: Background. High consumption of food products rich in rapidly digested starch, saccharose, glucose and fructose, animal fat low physical activity are the major risks overweight, obesity cardiovascular diseases. The aim this study was to evaluate effect resveratrol on selected enzymes, heme oxygenase-1 (Hmox1) glutathione reductase (Gsr) gene expression, as well fatty acids composition visceral adipose tissue rats fed a high fructose diet. Material methods. Laboratory male Wistar (n = 30) were for four months with diet (HF diet) (63% w/w) based American Institute Nutrition (AIN-93G diet). Group I AIN-93G (NFC – negative control group), group II (HF), III HF 0.02% resveratrol, IV 0.04% V 0.06% resveratrol. At end experiment fasted anaesthetized, blood livers collected stored until analyses. Results. Concentration signifi cantly increased containing RSV diets compared animals Activity (HO-1) lower serum rodents diets. Gsr Hmox1 expression group. Conclusions. Resveratrol may protect from damage caused by intake rats.
