摘要: An integer optimization model for feedrate of smooth motion is developed to realize high-speed and computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools. In this model, the turning factor machining segments transformed into corresponding linked limit, axis feed acceleration limits are also considered. Because number both decision variables constraints large, it hard CNC systems meet real-time requirement by using general programming methods. By analyzing relativity sequences, simplified. After that, speed method based on optimal solution simplified detailed. Simulation experimental results demonstrate that proposed achieves a good performance machining.
