摘要: The nuclear factor (NF)-κB family of transcription factors is a key participant in multiple biological processes, most notably the immune and inflammatory response. Five proteins make up NF-κB family, these can hetero- homo-dimerize, giving rise to diversity. Recently, it has been shown that certain members also interact directly with other such as signal transducers activated transcription, interferon regulatory p53, providing further We propose this promiscuity might help explain many roles specialized cell function fate. Furthermore, state its cellular background addition overall promoter structure variations κB target sequence will all define composition activity multimeric complexes.
