摘要: A biosurfactant producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa RS29 (identified on the basis of 16S rDNA analysis) with good foaming and emulsification properties has been isolated from crude oil contaminated sites. Optimization different environmental factors was carried out an objective to achieve maximum production biosurfactant. Production estimated in terms surface tension reduction (E24) index. It recorded that strain produced highest after 48 h incubation at 37.5 °C, a pH range 7–8 salinity <0.8% (w/v). Ammonium nitrate used experiment best nitrogen source for growth biomass P. RS29. On other hand sodium potassium enhanced (Surface tension, 26.3 26.4 mN/m E24 index, 80 79% respectively). The CMC 90 mg/l. Maximum (6.30 g/l) (0.80 were optimal C/N ratio 12.5. Biochemical analysis FTIR spectra confirmed rhamnolipid nature. GC-MS revealed presence C8 C10 fatty acid components purified (© 2012 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
