摘要: This paper presents a radio-frequency (RF) transceiver designed, using standard 0.18 μm CMOS process, for operation in the 2.4 GHz ISM band. The receiver has sensivity of -64 dBm and consumes 3.5 mW from 1.5 V supply. RF transmitter delivers an output power +11 (15 mW) with consumption 45 mW. These features make suitable to be integrated microsystems, where low-power is major requirement. application these microsystems monitoring influence heavy loads, behaviour vertebral column.
