摘要: The present work proposes the use of total synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy (TSFS) as a discrimination methodology for fluorescent compounds in edible oils, which are preserved after transesterification processes biodiesel production. In same way, similar study is presented to identify fluorophores that do not change expired vegetal associate physicochemical parameters measures, contribution fingerprint increasing chemical knowledge these products. fingerprints were obtained by Tucker3 decomposition three-way array matrices. This chemometric method presents ability modeling non-bilinear data, Total Synchronous Fluorescence Spectra and consists three way data arrays (samples×Δλ×λ excitation), into four new matrices: A (scores), B (profile Δλ mode), C spectra mode) G (relationships between A, C). this study, 50 samples oil from soybean, corn sunflower seeds before its expiration time, well oils measured TSFS. represents an immediate application non-expired biodiesel. does require reagents or laborious procedures characterization samples.
