摘要: The data presented in this investigation revealed that the gain dry weights of all algae tested was suppressed herbicide treatments, particularly, at higher concentrations. However, lowest dose herbicide, growth inhibition statistically significant for Anabaena and insignificant other organisms. chlorophyll a content slightly, however, insignificantly increased lower concentrations; phenomenon enhanced by increasing dose. On hand, pigment biosynthesis Tolypothrix Aulosira, being more effective latter. accumulation Nostoc slightly promoted doses except highest concentration where slight drop noticed. The most efficient doses, stimulating glucose absorption either up to 0.1 ppm. Applying remarkable maintained. It induced retardation sugar uptake Aulosira. This trend confirmed concentration. In treatments with atrazine total carbohydrate test organisms less effect Nostoc. may be concluded toxic effects are partially due its inhibitory on synthesis carbohydrates.
